Our practitioner-grade formulations are custom-compounded into liquid drops and custom blends. They are incredibly easy to take, requiring zero preparation. You simply swallow the liquid drops directly or drink the blends as a tea for effect.

Yes. If you choose to have your custom formulations delivered to your door rather than picking them up at the clinic, a standard Australia Post Express shipping fee is added at checkout.

Our consultation fees are bundled as an all-in-one package that includes your clinical appointment and your full 30-day supply of custom-compounded medicine. Because a physical product is being packed and dispatched, a standard express shipping fee is required to deliver your medicine directly to your door.

No. We do not offer refunds because every treatment is custom-compounded and personalized strictly to your specific condition and symptoms. Once a formula is custom-blended in our private dispensary, it cannot be returned or reused.

We require a minimum of 6 hours' notice in advance to cancel or reschedule any consultation or medicine refill. Cancellations made within this 6-hour window will forfeit their fee to cover allocated clinical time and dispensary preparation.

No. We are a private, specialized clinic. We do not require a GP referral to book an intake, and our consults & custom formulations are not covered by Medicare bulk billing.
